Middletown Residence

Located on Easton's Point in Middletown, Traverse Landscape Architects worked with the owner to create outdoor living spaces that take full advantage of the newly constructed home's sweeping water views and the expansive lot. The client explored multiple landscape options for the site, some including pools and outdoor kitchens, before settling on an elegant semicircular patio overlooking the lawn that was centered on a new inside/outside fireplace.

Other landscape improvements include a new driveway progression and entrance court, plantings, outdoor shower, and walkways.
